不同海拔地区慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者血清MGB1、sTREM-1水平变化及其与FEV1预计值百分比的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同海拔地区慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的血清高迁移率族蛋白1、可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1水平变化以及其与FEV1预计值百分比的相关性。方法选择2014年12月至2015年3月青海省人民医院收治的AECOPD患者32例、稳定期COPD患者30例;刚察县医院AECOPD患者25例、稳定期患者27例。采用ELISA法测定血清HMGB1、sTREM-1含量,分析HMGB1、sTREM-1水平与FEV1预计值百分比的相关性。结果西宁AECOPD组与西宁稳定期组比较HMGB1、sTREM-1、FEV1预计值百分比有统计学差异(P<0.05);刚察AECOPD组与刚察稳定期组比较HMGB1、sTREM-1、FEV1预计值百分比有统计学的差异(P<0.05);西宁AECOPD组与刚察AECOPD组比较HMGB1、sTREM-1、FEV1预计值百分比有统计学差异(P<0.05);西宁稳定期组与刚察稳定期组比较HMGB1、sTREM-1、FEV1预计值百分比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。所有患者的HMGB1与FEV1预计值百分比呈负相关(r=-0.701,P<0.05);sTREM-1与FEV1预计值百分比呈负相关(r=-0.710,P<0.05)。结论一定海拔高度内,随着海拔的升高及疾病程度的加重,COPD患者的HMGB1、sTREM-1水平逐渐升高;所有患者的HMGB1、sTREM-1与FEV1预计值百分比呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the changes of High Mobility Group Box-1 (HMGB1)and soluble Triggering Receptor Expresses on Myeloid Cells-1 (sTREM-1 )in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) at different altitudes and their relationship with Forced Expiratory volume in one second( FEV1 )expected value.Method 32 cases with AECOPD and 30 cases with stable COPD were choose in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from December 2014 to March 2015 ;25 cases with AECOPD and 27 cases with stable COPD were choose in Gangcha county hospital at the same time.The HMGB1 and sTREM-1 level were tested by ELISA method,and analyzed the relationship between HMGB1, sTREM-1 levels and FEV1 expected value.Result The HMGBI,sTREM-1 and FEV1 expected value of Xining AECOPD group compared with Xining stable COPD group were shown statistical difference (P〈0.05) .The HMGB1, sTREM- 1 and FEV1 expected value of Gangcha AECOPD group compared with Gangcha stable COPD group were shown statistical difference(P〈0.05)as well.The HMGB1 ,sTREM-1 and FEV1 expected value of Xining AECOPD group compared with Gangcha AECOPD group were also shown statistical difference(P〈0.05).The HMGB1 ,sTREM-1 and FEV1 expected value of Xining stable COPD group compared with Gangeha stable COPD group were statistical difference(P〈O.05).HMGB1 were nega- tively correlated with FEV1 expected value (r = 0.701, P〈O.05) ; sTREM- 1 were negatively correlated with FEV1 expected value(r=0.710,P〈0.05).Conclusion Within a certain altitude,the levels of HMGB1 and sTREM-1 in patients with COPD increase with the altitude rise and disease worsen.HMGB1 ,sTREM-1 in all patients are nega- tively correlated with FEV1 expected value.
