莲芪胶囊对食道癌患者肿瘤坏死因子-β及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

The Effect of Lian Qi Capsules Treatment of Tumor Necrosis Factor-β and High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein with Esophageal Cancer Patients

目的探讨莲芪胶囊对食道癌患者肿瘤坏死因子-β及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2013年6月来我院治疗食道癌的患者88例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组患者采用全身化疗及对症支持方法治疗。观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用莲芪胶囊治疗。结果观察组食道癌患者疗效总有效率为65.91%,高于对照组食道癌患者总有效率38.64%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组食道癌患者生活质量评分总有效率为88.64%高于对照组食道癌患者生活质量总有效率为70.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者1年、2年生存率分别为70.45%、56.82%高于对照组患者1年、2年生存率分别为61.36%、43.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)观察组患者TNF-β水平(76.11±10.62)ng/L、hs-CRP水平(7.54±1.16)mg/L均低于对照组患者TNF-β水平(84.38±11.88)ng/L、hs-CRP水平(9.24±1.09)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论莲芪胶囊治疗食道癌能有效改善患者肿瘤坏死因子-β、超敏C反应蛋白水平,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of Lian Qi Capsules treatment onof tumor necrosis factor-β and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein with in esophageal cancer patients.Methods 88 cases of esophageal cancer patients were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013.These cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases in each.The control group was treated with systemic chemotherapy and symptomatic and supportive treatment method.The observation group was treated with Lian Qi Capsule in the basis of the control group treatment.Results The total efficiency in esophageal cancer patients were 65.91% in the observation group, which were higher than 38.64% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of quality life of patients with esophageal cancer were 88.64% in the observation group, which were higher than 70.45% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.A year, two years survival rates were 70.45%, 56.82% in the observation group, which were higher than 61.36%, 43.18% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.TNF-β levels and hs-CRP levels were（76.11±10.62） ng/L,（7.54±1.16） mg/L in the observation group, which were significantly lower than TNF-β levels（84.38±11.88） ng/L, hs-CRP levels（9.24±1.09）mg/L in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Lian Qi Capsules treatment of patients with esophageal cancer can upregulate the levels of tumor necrosis factor-β, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, and improve the quality life of patients.
