MnNi基合金的力学行为

摘要 MnNi基合金是一种在一定的应力条件下会发生应力诱发马氏体相变,呈现出伪弹性的形状记忆合金。利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、压缩试验、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、金相显微镜等试验方法,研究了MnNi基合金压缩的伪弹性。结果表明:MnNi基合金在不同载荷下均呈现出伪弹性性能。在MnNi基合金(Mn80Ni20、Mn80Ni15Cu5、Mn_(80)Ni_(10)Cu_(10))中加入一定含量的Cu元素取代部分的Ni,随着Cu所占比例的增加,伪弹性性能提高,其中Mn_(80)Ni_(10)Cu_(10)的回复应变达5.73%,形变回复率最高达到92.12%。 MnNi-based alloys with martensitic transformation are a kind of multi-function shape mem- ory alloys, which can induce martensitic transformation under a certain stress, showing a pseudo-elas- ticity. In this experiment a differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) , compression test, X-ray diffrac- tion ( XRD), optical microscopy and other test methods were used to study MnNi-based alloys for the mechanical behavior of elastic compression. The research shows: MnNi-based alloys were shown a pseudo-elastic properties under different loads. Adding a certain content in MnNi-based to substituted Ni in part,with the increase proportion of Cu, MnNi-based alloy pseudo-elastic properties increase, the reply strain of Mns0Ni10Cu10 can reach 5.73% ,the highest rate of deformation recovery is 92.12%.
