摘要 提高煤炭洗选比例和深度,是当前经济社会发展应对空气污染的最现实选择。尽管近年来,煤炭洗选规模不断加大,洗选比例不断提高,但总体发展水平仍较低,与改善空气环境质量的总体要求不匹配,仍存在思想认识不足、价格体系不完善、标准体系不合理等问题,亟需通过提升科研能力、建立洁配用煤制度、完善用煤标准体系、加强市场监督等途径加以解决。 Increasing the coal washing ratio and depth will be the most practical choice to control environmental pollution in the current reality of economic and social development. In recent years, the capacity of coal washing constantly increase, the coal washing ratio constantly raise However the overall development level is still low and does not match the requirements of improving air quality. Coal washing still faces a lot of problems such as a lack of thinking and understanding, the imperfect price system, the unreasonable standard system. It is urgent to take measures to solve these problems including promoting the research ability of coal washing technologies, establishing a mechanism of using clean coal, optimizing the standard system of coal utilization, and strength market supervision.
