摘要
以邻硝基溴苯和硒粉为起始反应物,通过偶联反应一步合成得到了双(2-硝基苯)二硒;并在最佳反应条件下,以氯化亚铜为催化剂,1,10-邻二氮菲为配体,碳酸铯作为碱,1,4-二氧六环作为溶剂,反应温度120℃,反应时间12 h,产物获得了82%的高收率。该方法的优点在于新颖、高效简便、绿色环保。
In this study, we can synthesize target compound bis(2-nitrophenyl) diselenide using 1-bromo-2-nitrobenzene and selenium powder as starting materials in 82% yield under such optimized reaction conditions: using cuprous chloride as a catalyst, 1,10-phenanthroline as a ligand, Cs2CO3 as a base, 1,4-dioxane as a solvent, and reaction temperature being 120 ℃ and reaction time being 12 h. The advantage of this method lies in the innovative, simple, efficient and environmentally friendly.
