摘要
通过全面梳理和分析2010—2016年间管理学、心理学领域有关自我调节的最新研究文献,运用知识地图分别从控制观、资源观、动机观和学习认知观四个视角进行理论整合,希望能为相关领域的研究提供一个基础理论框架。
With a comprehensive analysis of the latest research literature of management science and psychology on self- regulation in the period of 2010-2016, this paper integrates the self-regulating theories with the knowledge map from such four perspectives as control-based view, resource-based view, motivation-based view, and learning-cognition-based view hopefully to provide an integratefl framework for the researches in relevant fields.
