一种基于波导的K波段功率分配网络设计

摘要 针对K波段小型化功率合成需求,提出了波导功分器与波导微带转换相结合的设计方案。文中研发了一种6路矩形波导功率分配网络,该网络通过将3路波导功分器与双探针波导微带转换进行级联,借助软件进行设计优化,在24~26 GHz频带内6个输出端口具有很低的插入损耗和良好的回波损耗,可广泛应用到微波大功率合成领域中。 In view of the K - band miniaturization power combining, this paper describes an plan by combining the waveguide power distribution and the waveguide - to - microstrip. A six - channel power distribution network is designed in this paper. By combining three - channel waveguide power divider with waveguide - to - microstrip transition of double probes, and using software to design and optimize, the six output ports achieve good magnitude and phase consistency in 24 - 26 GHzo The network which has very low insertion loss and return loss is applied widely to the field of millimeter wave high power combining.
