高校科研工作具有十分重要的地位。在科研工作中会产生大量的数据,对这些科研数据进行合理有效的管理不仅是政策的要求,同时对科研工作本身也有着积极的意义。本文主要从科研数据管理的必要性入手,通过分析英国的一些科研资助机构和部分代表性高校所出台的数据管理政策及其数据管理的实践活动,总结其在科研数据管理上的可取之处,以期对我国的科研数据管理工作提供借鉴。

Scientific research plays a very important role in colleges and universities. A large amount of data can be produced in the research work. Therefore, the reasonable and effective management on the scientific research data not only is the policy requirements, but also has a positive significance on the scientific research itself. This article will provide an important reference on the scientific research data management in China by starting with the necessity of research data management; then analyzing the data management policies and the data management practices of some UK research funding agencies and some representative universities; finally summarizing some merits in their scientific research data management. Thus, the level of scientific research in our colleges and universities can be improved.
