摘要 调频连续波干涉合成孔径雷达(FMCW InSAR)由于侧视成像机制,在地形起伏区域产生阴影现象,严重影响DEM和DOM质量,基于相干系数的方法比较依赖于阈值的选取,基于此提出了一种基于干涉相位残差点分布的阴影区域提取方法。在分析干涉相位残差点形成机理基础上,利用相位残差点分布与形态学处理相结合,检测出连续的阴影区域。相比于传统的基于相干系数图检测方法,解决了阈值依赖的问题。最后通过对实际数据处理,并与基于相干系数图检测方法进行比较,验证了提出的阴影区域提取方法的有效性。 For airborne FMCW InSAR system, the shadow phenomenon can be considerably serious due to the side-look imaging mechanism in fluctuant areas, affecting the quality of DEM and DOM. The method based on correlation coefficient relies on the threshold which is usually hard to choose. In view of this problem, a shadow area detecting approach based on residue distribution is proposed. Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of residues, a combination of the phase residue distribution and the morphological processing is used to detect the continuous shadow areas. Compared with the traditional method based on correlation coefficient, this approach solves the problem of threshold dependence. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the results obtained using the approach based on correlation coefficient.
