通过对双湖县可再生能源局域网项目EPC总承包管理分析,总结了项目执行过程相关管理经验,为类似地区提供可复制的"光伏发电+储能"的局域网供电方式,为发展当地可再生能源项目建设提供典型案例。

The management experience on project execution in implementation is sununarized through analysis on EPC contracting manage- ment of the local area network project of renewable energy in Shuanghu County, Tibet. The power supply mode through the local area network with photovoltaic power generation ＋ energy storage which can be eopied to similar regions is provided. And the local renewable energy pro- jects are developed and the typical case is provided to typical regions.
