豪洛捷乳腺结节真空旋切术治疗触诊阴性乳腺结节的临床效果

Clinical effect of Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy in treatment of complications and prognosis of nonpalpable breast nodules

目的探讨豪洛捷乳腺结节真空旋切术治疗触诊阴性乳腺结节的临床效果。方法选取河北省第七人民医院乳腺外科2015年2月~2016年10月收治的触诊阴性乳腺结节患者154例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各77例。对照组予以小切口传统手术治疗,研究组予以豪洛捷乳腺结节真空旋切术治疗。比较两组间手术相关指标、术后并发症发生率、复发情况、美容效果及治疗满意度。结果研究组患者术中出血量、手术时间、切口愈合时间少于对照组,瘢痕长度短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者切口感染、切口裂开、局部血肿、乳房塌陷、术后疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,均无复发情况发生;对照组美容效果优良率低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗满意率低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论豪洛捷乳腺结节真空旋切术能够明显减少触诊阴性乳腺结节患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间及切口愈合时间,降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy in the treatment of complications and prognosis of nonpalpable breast nodules. Methods From February 2015 to October 2016, in Seventh People＇s Hospital of Hebei Province, 154 patients with nonpalpable breast nodules were selected, they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 77 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional small incision surgery, the experiment group was treated with Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy surgery. Operation related index, postoperative complication rate, recurrence, cosmetic effect and treatment satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, incision healing time in the experiment group were less than those in control group, scar length in the experiment groupwere lower thanthosein control group, the differenceswere statistically significant （P〈 a05）, the incidence rate of incision infection, incision dehiscence, local hematoma, breast collapse, postoperative pain in the experiment group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. All patients were followed up for 6 months, and no recurrence occurred in the two groups, the rate of excellent and good cosmetic effect in the control group was lower than the experiment group, satisfaction rate in the control group was lower than the 0.05）. Conclusion Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy can the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment experiment group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the treatment of patients with nonpalpable breast nodules, shorten the operation time and wound healing time, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
