高校护生灾难救护能力培训的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高校护生灾难救护能力的培训效果。方法采用便利抽样法于2015年9月~2016年9月选取江西省4所医学院校的在校三年级244名护生为研究对象,进行灾难救护能力培训。培训前后应用自行编制的灾难救护试卷和救援实践项目采用自身对照法进行考核对比,并运用自制调查问卷对护生培训效果进行评价。结果培训后,高校护生的灾难救护理论知识考核成绩、救援实践技能考核成绩均明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训效果评价量表中的8个维度评分均≥4.0分,85%以上的护生对培训教学效果表示满意。结论开展灾难救护能力培训,可完善护理人员灾难救护培训体系,有助于提高高校护生灾难救护应对能力。 Objective To explore the effect of disaster rescue ability training for nursing students. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016, 244 nursing students in grade three in the four Jiangxi Medical Colleges were se- lected by convenience sampling method, and they were carried out the disaster rescue ability training. Before and after the training, the self-made disaster relief papers and rescue practice projects were evaluated by self-control method, and the training effects of nursing students were evaluated by self-made questionnair. Results After training, the scores of disaster management theory and rescue practice of college nursing students were significantly higher than those be- fore training, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The eight dimensions of the training effectiveness eval- uation scale were 4.0 or higher, and more than 85% students were satisfied with the training effect. Conclusion It can improve the disaster rescue training system and the protection of disaster response capabilit), that carrying out the dis- aster rescue ability training.
