从组织健康角度探讨影响我院发展的相关因素及改进措施

Analysis on factors influencing development of hospital and improvement measures from perspective of organizational health

北京小汤山医院(以下简称"我院")1958年建院,在历经50多年的发展变革过程中,从一个侧面诠释了组织的健康状态对组织开展经营管理,有效适应内外环境变化,取得长期成长和持续繁荣的重要意义。本文从组织健康的角度探讨了影响我院发展的相关因素,着重分析了政策环境和领导班子配置结构等外部因素对医院发展定位、决策、运营的影响,以及领导班子稳定状况、医院激励机制、文化建设、职工个人因素和组织修复能力的欠缺等内部因素,对医院持续成长和发展能力的影响。并通过优化领导班子配置、改变核心层沟通和权力运行方式、加强职工个人培训、关注个体健康等一系列的改进措施,展示了我院组织内聚力的提高和组织适应性的提升,从而使医院向着组织健康方向发展的过程。充分证明了关注组织建设、改善组织健康,是促进我院发展的根本保障。

Since the establishment of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital （＂our hospital＂ for short） in 1958, it has been de- veloped for more than 50 years. These developments reflect the importance of healthy state of organization to the orga- nization＇s management and operation, to adapt to the changes of the internal and external environment, and to achieve long-term growth and sustained prosperity. The article analyzes the factors that affect the development of our hospital from the perspective of organizational health. This paper discusses the influence of external factors such as policy envi- ronment and leadership structure on hospital development, decision-making and operation, And analyzes the influence of the internal factors such as the stability of the leadership team, the hospital incentive mechanism, the cultural con- struction, the individual factors of the staff and the lack of organizational repair ability on the sustained growth and de- velopment ability of the hospital. And to improve the organization＇s cohesion and improve the adaptability of the orga- nization by optimizing the leadership structure, changing the communication style and power mode of the core leader- ship, strengthening the individual training of the staff and paying attention to the individual＇s health and so on. This fully proved that the organization and organization of health is the fundamental guarantee for the development of our hospital.
