培菲康对功能性腹痛综合征患者腹痛症状以及精神心理作用的影响

Effect of Bifid-Triple Viable Capsule for the abdominal pain symptom and mental function of patients with functional abdominal pain syndrome

目的探讨培菲康对功能性腹痛综合征(FAPS)患者腹痛症状以及精神心理作用的影响。方法选取2015年10月~2016年12月温州市人民医院以及华北理工大学附属医院收治的65例FAPS患者作为研究对象,选取同期进行健康体检的67名作为健康对照。按随机数字法将FAPS患者分为两组,其中培菲康组33例,舍曲林组32例,比较两组治疗前后腹痛症状评分及症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分情况。结果 65例FAPS患者中共54例(83.1%)患者完成随访研究,其中培菲康组28例,舍曲林组26例。(1)FAPS患者SCL-90及各因子分(躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性评分)均高于健康者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)培菲康组总有效率为75.0%,舍曲林组总有效率为80.8%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.856,P>0.05)。(3)两组治疗后腹痛严重程度及发作频率评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗后腹痛严重程度及发作频率评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)两组治疗后SCL-90评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组治疗前后SCL-90及各因子分差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论培菲康通过调节肠道菌群而发挥作用,能有效改善FAPS患者的腹痛症状以及精神心理状态,且与舍曲林疗效相当。

Objective To explore the effect of Bifid-Triple Viable Capsule for the abdominal pain symptom and mental function of patients with functional abdominal pain syndrome（FAPS）.Methods Sixty-five patients with FAPS admitted to Wenzhou People＇s Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects, and 67 cases taken healthy examination at the same time were selected as healthy control.The patients with FAPS were divided into two groups by random number table,with 33 cases in Bifid-Triple Viable Capsule group and 32 cases in Sertraline group.The scores of abdominal pain symptom and symptom check-list 90（SCL-90） before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results Among65 patients with FAPS, total 54 cases（83.1%） finished the study, with 28 cases in Bifid-Triple Viable Capsule group and 26 cases in Sertraline group.（1）The scores of SCL-90 and its factors（somatization, force, interpersonal relationship,depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, stubborn, psychoticism） in FAPS patients were all higher than those of healthy controls, the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.（2）The total effective rate was 75.0% in Bifid-Triple Viable Capsule group, and 80.8% in Sertraline group, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（χ2=2.856, P〉 0.05）.（3）After treatment, the scores of severity degree and seizure frequency of abdominal pain in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment（P〈 0.05）, while there were no statistically significant differences on the scores of severity degree and seizure frequency of abdominal pain between the two groups after treatment（P 〉0.05）.（4）After treatment, the SCL-90 scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P〈 0.05）.But the score difference of SCL-90 and its factors before and after treatment between the two groups had no statistically significant differences（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The Bifid-Triple Viable Capsule can effectively improve the abdominal pain symptom and mental states of patients with FAPS by modulating intestinal flora, and the efficacy is almost the same with Sertraline.
