早期康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能及认知功能的影响

Early rehabilitation nursing on motor function and cognitive function in patients with cerebral apoplexy

目的探究与分析早期康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能及认知功能的影响。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学第一医院2014年10月~2016年10月收治的120例脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予早期康复护理,连续3个月后,对比两组患者Bathel指数(BI)、FuglMeyer评分(FMA)、认知功能改善情况及生活质量。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后BI、FMA评分均升高,其中观察组上述评分改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组认知改善总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能及社会功能评分均升高,其中观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中患者应用早期康复护理可有效促进运动功能及认知功能的恢复,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia on limb function and life quality.Methods 120 cases with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected.All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 60 cases in each group.The control group patients was given to the routine nursing, and the observation group was given to the early rehabilitation nursing, for the continuous 3 months.The Barthel index（BI）, Fugl-Meyer score（FMA） and the improvement about the cognitive function and the life quality of the two groups patients before and after nursing were compared.Results The BI, FMA score of two groups after treatment were increased than before, and the improvement of the observation group was more remarkable than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate of cognitive function improvement in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function score of the two groups were increased than before, and the increase of the observation group was more remarkable than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively enhance the recovery of motor function and cognitive function, improve the quality of life.
