动机性访谈结合社交媒体工具对高血压患者生活质量的影响 被引量:10

Influence of Motivation Interview Combined with Social Media Tools on the Quality of Life of Patients with Hypertension

摘要 目的探讨动机性访谈结合社交媒体工具对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法便利抽样法选取解放军总医院2014年1月至2016年1月期间收治的80例高血压患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组患者使用常规的健康教育模式进行干预,观察组患者使用动机性访谈结合社交媒体工具进行干预,分别对两组患者的干预前后的血压值和生活质量进行比较,同时对两组患者的遵医行为进行评定。结果干预前后两组患者的血压值的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且干预后观察组与对照组患者的血压值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者的遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动机性访谈结合社交媒体工具有助于稳定患者的血压,可提高了患者的治疗依从性和预后生活质量,因而值得临床中推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of motivation interview combined with social media tools on the quality of life of patients with hypertension.Methods By convenience sampling, 80 cases were selected and randomly di- vided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n = 40). The control group received routine health educa- tion mode, and observation group applied with motivated interview combined with social media tools to intervene. The blood pressure value and quality of life before and after intervention were compared, and the medical behavior of two groups of patients were assessed.Results The differences of blood pressure value of two group before and after intervention were statistically significant (all P〈0.05), and blood pressure value after intervention in observation group and control group was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After intervention, the medical behavior score in observation group was higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Motivated interviews combined with social media tools help to stabilize the patient's blood pressure, and increase the treatment adherence and prognosis of the patients quality of life, thus is worth popularizing in clinical application.
