系统化关怀照护模式在乙醇戒断综合征患者中的应用

Application of Systematic Caring and Nursing Model in Alcohol Withdrawal Patients

目的探讨系统化关怀照护模式在乙醇戒断综合征患者中的应用及效果。方法便利抽样法选择2010年1月至2014年12月如东县第四人民医院收治的60例乙醇戒断综合征患者为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,分别给予系统化关怀照护及常规护理,评价并比较两组患者干预前后的症状自评量表90(symptom check list-90,SCL-90)评分、对护理工作的满意度及出院后2、4、10周的乙醇复饮率。结果干预前两组患者的SCL-90得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SCL-90得分均低于干预前(均P<0.05),且观察组患者的得分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者的满意度评分分别为(4.39±0.54)、(3.55±0.78)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.85,P<0.05);出院后2周,两组患者的乙醇复饮率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后4、10周,观察组患者的乙醇复饮率均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论系统化关怀照护模式的应用有利于改善乙醇戒断综合征患者的病情,降低患者出院后的乙醇复饮率,从而促进患者身心健康的恢复。

Objective To understand application effect of systematic caring and nurse model on alcohol withdrawal patients. Methods By convenience sampling, 60 alcohol withdrawal patients were selected and randomly divdied into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received systematic care while control group received routine nursing. The symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）score and satisfaction level, as well as the incidence rate of drinking again were evaluated and compared. Results There was no statistical significance of SCL 90 score before intervention （all P〉0.05）. After intervention, the SCL-90 score was lower than before intervention （all P〈0.05）, and the score in observation group was lower than which in control group （P〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate in observation group and control group were （4.39±0.54）,（3.55!0.78）, respectively （t=4.85, P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance of drinking again in two groups after 2 weeks of discharge （P〉0.05）. In 4 and 10 weeks after discharge, the incidence rate of drinking again in observation group was lower than that of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic caring and nursing mode can significantly improve the condition of alcohol withdrawal patients and promote physical and mental health and enhance the quality of life.
