聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖口服液在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果

Application effect of Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with oral liquid of Lactulose on bowel preparation in aged patients with constipation by colonoscopy

目的探讨聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖口服液在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果。方法收集2016年5~12月在我院接受电子结肠镜检查的老年患者150例,分为聚乙二醇电解质散组、乳果糖组及实验组(聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖口服液)。观察三组患者肠道准备的不良反应;患者耐受情况;肠镜检查时肠道清洁度。结果三组不良反应发生率、在规定时间内肠道准备完成情况、肠道准备耐受度及肠道清洁程度差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),三组肠镜检查成功(肠镜达到回盲瓣)率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年便秘患者采用乳果糖口服液联用复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,可提高患者对肠镜检查的依从性,该方法安全有效,是一种较好的肠道准备方法。

Objective To explore the effect of Polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder combined with oral liquid of Lactulose on intestinal preparation in elderly patients with constipation by colonoscopy.Methods A total of 150 aged patients performed with electronic colonoscope from May to December 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder group,Lactulose group and experimental group（Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with oral solution of Lactulose）.The adverse reactions of bowel preparation among three groups were observed as well as the patient, s tolerance,the intestinal cleanliness via colonoscope was also observed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions,bowel preparation within the specified time,tolerance of intestinal preparation,and cleanliness were all displayed statistical differences（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference in the success rate of enteroscope reaching ileocecal valve（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Bowel preparation of Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with oral liquid of Lactulose for elderly patients with constipation can increase their compliance,which is safe and effective,and is considered as a favorable method.
