腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术中应用循证护理的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of evidence-based nursing care in laparoscopic renal cyst decompression

目的探讨循证护理模式在腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年8月~2016年9月收治的74例行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例,观察组采用循证护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,比较两组患者护理满意度、焦虑、抑郁情况、并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率高于对照组,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾囊肿性腹腔镜去顶减压术患者中应用循证护理模式能够有效降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,缓解患者不良情绪,值得临床护理工作借鉴。

Objective To explore the efficacy of evidence-based nursing care in laparoscopic renal cyst decompression.Methods 74 patients underwent laparoscopic renal cyst decompression in our hospital from August 2014 to September2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 37 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing,while patients in the control group were given conventional nursing.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complication,the degree of anxiety and depression were compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups（P〉0.05）;after nursing,the scores SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing model can be used to reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, relieve the negative emotions of patients, and be worthy of clinical nursing work in the patients with renal cystectomy and laparoscopic decompression.
