优质护理服务对多根多段肋骨骨折合并血气胸的影响

Efficacy of high quality nursing service on multiple thoracic fractures with hemopneumothorax

目的探讨优质护理服务对多根多段肋骨骨折合并血气胸的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2017年1月我院80例多根多段肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者为研究对象并随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理。比较两组排痰难度,焦虑、抑郁程度,护理满意度、疼痛、护理质量、环境评分。结果观察组排痰难度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者的两指标评分均有所降低,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组两指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度、疼痛、护理质量、环境评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优质护理服务应用于多根多段肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中,可有效提高护理服务质量,减轻患者不良情绪,缓解其术后疼痛,降低排痰难度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of high quality nursing service on multiple thoracic fractures with hemopneumothorax.Methods 80 p atients with multiple thoracic fractures with hemopneumothorax in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The diifficulty of expectoration,the degree of anxiety and depression,the scores of nursing satisfaction,pain,nursing quality and environmental were compared between two groups.Results The difficulty of expectoration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before intervention,there were no significant differences among the scores of indexes in SAS,SDS in two groups（P〈0.05）;after intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS in two groups were all decreased,and compared with those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.And those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of nursing satisfaction,pain,nursing quality and environmental in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The quality nursing service has great influence on the multiple thoracic fractures with hemopneumothorax,which can improve the nursing service quality,reduce the negative emotion,relieve the postoperative pain and reduce the difficulty of expectoration.It is worthy of clinical application.
