摘要 术中神经监测(IONM)作为手术的辅助手段,是指应用神经电生理技术,观察神经的连续性、监测神经系统的电生理传导功能,了解手术过程中有无神经损伤。甲状腺手术的难点在于术中对喉神经的保护,但IONM可以很好地判断喉返神经损伤的程度,作为一种很有发展前景的工具,IONM在甲状腺手术中的运用已在国内外得到广泛的论证、研究和应用。拟对当前IONM在甲状腺手术中的应用研究进行综述。 The intraoperative neuromonitoring technology(IONM) as an auxiliary means of surgery refers to using neural eleetrophysiologieal technique to observe nerve continuity,to monitor nervous system electrophysiological conduction function and to detect neurological injury in the thyroid surgery. If it is difficult to protect laryngeal nerve in thyroid surgery,but IONM is just easy to judge the injury aegree of laryngeal nerve. Now IONM has been widely used in the thyroid surgery at home and abroad. In this paper,authors merely reviewed the recurrent application and research of IONM in the thyroid surgery.
