不良事件分享教育在新护士轮科培训中的应用效果

Effect of adverse event sharing education in the rotation training of new nurses

目的探讨护理不良事件分享教育在肿瘤内分泌科新护士轮科培训中的应用效果。方法按新护士到科室培训的先后顺序进行分组,将2008年~2011年的20名新护士列为对照组,2012年~2015年的20名新护士列为观察组,对照组按传统轮科护士规范化培训计划实施培训,观察组在传统轮科规范化培训计划中增加护理不良事件分享教育,对每个完成轮科培训的护士进行9个月追踪评估,比较两组护士不良事件的发生情况;对比两组新护士工作满1年时,获得科室上级护士及医生的满意人数。结果观察组护理不良事件发生2例(10.0%)明显低于对照组10例(50.0%)(χ~2=8.62,P<0.05);观察组获得上级护士及医生满意的人数有18人(90.0%)高于对照组的14人(70.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.14,P<0.05)。结论在新护士轮科培训中应用护理不良事件分享教育能有效降低不良事件的发生率,对保障护理安全和提高护理质量有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing adverse event sharing education in the rotation training of new nurses which working in the Tumor department of Endocrinology. Methods The new nurses were grouped according to the order of entering the department. The 20 new nurses from 2008 to 2011 were divided as the control group. 20 new nurses from 2012 to 2015 were divided as the observation group. The training of the control group was carried out according to the new nurses training plan. While the training to the observation group,in addition to new nurses training program,but also to increase the nursing adverse event sharing education. 9 months follow-up assessment was conducted for each nurse who completed the training,and the occurrence of adverse events was compared between the two groups. When the two groups of new nurses work full 1 year later,the satisfactory number from superior nurses and doctors in departments was also compared. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 2（ 10.0%）,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 10（ 50.0%）,χ^2= 8.62,P〈 0.05. The satisfactory number from superior nurses and doctors was 18（ 90.0%）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 14（ 55.0%）,χ^2= 6.14,P〈 0.05. It had statistical significance. Conclusion The application of nursing adverse events in the training of new nurses can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,and it has great significance to ensure the safety of nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
