基于系统理论的高等职业院校教育吸引力研究

Research on the Attraction of Vocational College Education Based on the System Theory

目前世界高等职业教育的发展不断引导社会力量参与,但也看到由于职业教育质量、结构、规模等不能很好地适应国家经济社会发展需求,导致高职教育存在吸引力不强等问题。本文从系统理论方面分析高等职业教育吸引力问题,并基于系统理论的开放性、整体性和层次性构建高等职业教育发展体系,提高教育吸引力。

Nowadays, we should integrate the social forces into higher vocational education, which goes with the world trend. However, the vocational education quality, structure and the scale cannot adapt to the needs of national economic and social development, resulting in the weak attraction and other problems. From the aspect of systems theory of integrative, structural and gradual, this paper analyze the attraction problems and put forward the strategies to set up a vocational education development system and improve its attraction.
