摘要 培养"双师型"教师是职业教育师资队伍建设的重点,提升校内专任教师"双师"素质是培养"双师型"教师队伍的主渠道。实践证明,落实以教师为中心的人才管理理念,物质激励、精神激励,分类设计教师培养策略,"真枪实战"企业实践、技能竞赛等是提升专任教师的"双师"素质的有效途径。 The cultivation of teachers' double-qualification is the focus of occupational education. To enhance full-time teachers' double-qualification is the main channel of training ' Double Teachers' team.Practice has proved that many approaches and training strategies discussed in the paper is the effective way to enhance the quality of the double-qualification teachers,which include teachers 'centered concept of talent management,material incentive,spiritual incentive,classification of the design of training strategy,business practice,skills contest aiming at strong technical ability and quality and so on.
