高职院校农林类专业服务“三农”的研究与实践

文章在依托项目的基础上,研究高职农林类专业教学团队提升教书育人和服务"三农"能力,通过实践校企合作机制、创新人才培养模式、课程整合、教师团队建设、服务"三农"等多方面探索,不仅使农林专业教师在教学和社会服务上得到了很大的提升,学生在理论及实践学习中也得到了很大的提高。

Relying on project basis, the agriculture and forest specialty teaching team in vocational study improve teaching and educating, and three rural service ability, through the practice of school enterprise cooperation mechanisms and innovative personnel training mode, curriculum integration, teachers team construction, rural services, to explore many aspects, not only the agriculture and forestry designed teachers in teaching and social services has been greatly improved, students in the theory and practice of learning has also been greatly improved.
