摘要
目的 比较糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗过程中应用无针注射器与胰岛素注射笔的临床效果差异。方法 选取2016年4—12月在哈尔滨市第一医院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者60例。患者完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组使用无针注射器,对照组使用胰岛素注射笔注射门冬胰岛素30注射液。观察比较2组患者治疗前及治疗2周后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、每日胰岛素用量及治疗2周内的低血糖发生率。比较2组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、患者满意度及注射相关不良反应发生率。结果 治疗2周后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、每日胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率、VAS评分低于对照组[(5.3±0.7)mmol/L比(6.9±1.2)mmol/L、(7.2±0.6)mmol/L比(10.3±0.8)mmol/L、(36.0±2.2)U/d比(43.5±2.8)U/d、3.3%(1/30)比10.0%(3/30)、(1.7±1.2)分比(3.4±1.3)分],患者满意度高于对照组[90.0%(27/30)比73.3%(22/30)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 胰岛素治疗过程中无针注射器与胰岛素注射笔相比,具有更好的临床疗效,患者更易于接受。
Objective To analyze clinical effects of needle-free injector and conventional injector in the treatment of diabetes with insulin. Methods Totally 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from April to December 2016 in No.1 Hospital of Harbin were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group used needle-free injector for insulin aspart 30 injection; the control group used conventional insulin injector. Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, daily insulin dose, the incidence of hypoglycemia, pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score, patient satisfaction and the incidence of injection related adverse events were recorded during 2 weeks of treatment. Results Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, daily insulin dosage, incidence of hypoglycemia and VAS score in observation group after 2 weeks of treatment were significantly lower and patient satisfaction degree was higher than those in control group[(5.3±0.7)mmol/L vs (6.9±1.2)mmol/L, (7.2±0.6)mmol/L vs (10.3±0.8)mmol/L, (36.0±2.2)U/d vs (43.5±2.8)U/d, 3.3%(1/30) vs 10.0%(3/30), (1.7±1.2)scores vs (3.4±1.3)scores, 90.0%(27/30) vs 73.3%(22/30)](P〈0.05). There was no significant difference of adverse reaction incidence between groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Needle-free injector has better effect on the treatment of diabetes with insulin than conventional injector.
