中国居民消费水平的空间差异及其成因研究

Spatial Differences and Causes of Residents' Consumption Expenditure in China

采用离差指标测量中国居民消费水平的空间差异。首先将离差平方和分解为地区间差异和地区内差异,从而达到测量总体差异构成的目的;其次,将离差绝对值之和分解为各影响因素的差异贡献份额,从而发现影响地区间和地区内差异的主要影响因素。研究结论表明:中国居民消费性支出空间差异在不断扩大,人均居民消费水平空间差异受到地区间及地区内差异的共同影响,而地区内差异则主要由东部地区引起,人均GDP差异是引起省(市)际间以及东部、西部地区差异的主要原因,而居民消费-收入比则是引起中部地区消费性支出差异的主要原因。据此有针对性地提出政策建议。

This paper uses deviation indicators to measure the level of Chinese residents~ con- sumption expenditure spatial differences.The sum of deviation square is first decomposed by re- gional differences and regional differences within, to observe the composition of differences. The sum of absolute deviation is then decomposed into three impact factors in differences in contribu- tion, and to identify the main interregional and intraregional factors affecting the provinces （mu- nicipalities）. The findings show that consumption expenditure spatial difference is expanding~ differences in per capita consumption expenditure are caused by the combined effect of interre- gional and regional internal differences, the intraregional differences are mainly caused by the eastern region~ differences in per capita GDP result in the differences between provinces （munici- palities） and the eastern and western regions of the main reason of the difference, while the con- sumer income ratio is the main cause of the central region consumption expenditure differences. This paper finally puts forward policy recommendations.
