我国投资银行业务现状及发展策略

Analysis on the Current Situation and Development Strategy of China's Investment Banking

随着近年来中国资本市场的对外开放和海外投资银行对中国资本市场业务的抢占,我国投资银行业面临巨大挑战。因此,我国投资银行必须突破现有的盈利模式,转变业务结构,拓宽业务范围,加快国际化进程,以实现可持续发展。在分析了我国投资银行业务的发展现状及存在的问题后,提出我国投行业务结构转型的大方向:增强资本实力,适当提高杆杠率;优化业务结构,积极发展创新型业务;改革审批制度,放宽政策监管;加强投资银行业务转型与创新;借鉴国际经验,加强风险管理。

In recent years,with the opening up of China＇s capital market and overseas investment banks to seize the Chinese capital market business, China＇s investment bank is facing enormous challenges. Therefore, China＇s investment banks must break through the existing profit model, change the business structure, broaden the scope of business,and speed up the process of interna- tionalization to achieve the long-term sustainable development. After analyzing the development status and existing problems of China＇s investment banking business, the paper puts forward the general direction of the transformation of China＇s investment banking business structure.
