摘要
在医学教育中,如何在有限的课时内,让医学生接受医事法原理并确立法律思维,是当前医学院医事法教学的一大难题。为此,医事法教师有必要重视科际整合,注重知识连贯性,在医学与法律之间构建桥梁,揭示二者围绕健康、标准、诊断、治疗、预防等相通和相渗之事实,利用学生现有的专业背景与认知水平,促进医事法学教育。这种类比,有助于医学生领会、掌握法律知识,增强对法律的认同感及尊崇感,以及更有效地理解医患关系。
It is a major problem in the current medical law teaching that how to make the medical students accept the principles of medical law and establish legal thinking in a limited time.It is necessary for medical law teachers to take advantage of the situation.They should attach importance to the interdisciplinary integration, focus on the coherence of knowledge, build a bridge and reveal the fact that around health, standards, diagnosis, treatment and precaution the similarities between medicine and law.Using existing professional background and cognitive level of the students,they can promote medical law education.This analogy will help medical students grasp and master the legal knowledge, enhance the sense of identity and respect for the law, and more effectively understand the doctor-patient relationship.
