电气控制柜作为铁道客车及动车组的重要设备,对列车的运行起着重要作用。由于目前动车组电气控制柜种类较多,但没有统一的标准来规范产品的生产制造,导致产品设计、制造以及检验等工作缺乏统一的管理控制依据。GB/T 32595—2016《铁道客车及动车组用电气控制柜》的发布实施填补了这一空白。该标准规定了电气控制柜的分类、组成及标记,技术要求,检验等内容,对指导铁道客车及动车组电气控制柜的设计、制造与检验具有积极的意义。

As the key equipment for railway passenger cars and multiple units, the electric controller plays an im- portant role in train operation. There are numerous types of electric controller for multiple units. However, there is no unified criteria to standardize the manufacturing of these products. Therefore, product design, manufacturing, inspection and other work cannot be managed and controlled on a unified basis. The release and implementation of the standard GB/T 32595--2016 Electric Controller for Railway Passenger Car and Multiple Unit has filled such a gap. The standard specifies contents such as the classification, composition, marks, technical requirements and in- spection, etc. of electric controllers, which is of a positive meaning in terms of the design, manufacturing and in- spection of electric controllers for railway passenger cars and multiple units.
