摘要
针对铁路货车生产中由复杂曲线构成、尺寸公差较小的样板的检测工作,提出更加有效、方便的检测方法。此方法利用投影仪和绘图仪对小尺寸样板或工件以及曲线样板进行放大投影,在满足精度的前提下由小尺寸转换为大尺寸,通过间接测量的办法解决小尺寸曲线轮廓样板的检测。分析此方法的测量不确定度,并实验验证其有效性。
With a view to the testing of templates composed of complicated curves and with a lower size tolerance m the railway wagon production, the article puts forward a more efficient and convenient testing method. This method utilizes a projector and a graph plotter project and magnifying small-sized templates or workpieces as well as curved templates, turn the small size into a larger one on the premise of meeting the precision requirement, thus testing on small-sized curved profile templates based on an indirect method. The article analyses the measurement uncertainty in such a method and verifies its effectiveness by means of experiments.
