摘要
建立了地铁列车空调及车厢组成的整体模型,对新风阀和回风阀不同开度的50种工况进行数值模拟计算,利用多元回归分析方法建立了变风量空调系统中送风量、新风量与新风阀回风阀开度、风机频率之间的数学关系式,并搭建了试验平台验证风量调节数学方程。建立的风量调节数学方程可以为地铁列车变风量空调设计提供参考依据。
An overall model consisting of air-conditioning and compartments of subway vehicles is established for analog-computing numeric values for 50 fresh air valve and return air valve service conditions in case of various open- ings. A mathematical relational expression is established between the supplied air volume and the new air volume as well as between the openings of new & return air valves and the air blower frequency, based on the above calculated results and by means of multiple regression analysis, with a test platform established to verify the mathematical equation for air volume regulation. The established mathematical equation for air volume regulation can provide references for the variable air-conditioning design of subway trains.
