摘要
针对黑168区块对钻井液体系的环保要求,进行了环保型钻井液体系的研究。通过对添加剂的优选,确定了环保型钻井液体系的配方:4%膨润土浆+0.3%IND-30+1.5%NAT-20+3.0%FXTS+2.0%NFT-25。该钻井液体系抗温能力强,抗污染性能佳,油层保护效果好,渗透率恢复率值达86%以上,其毒性和降解性均满足国家标准。废弃钻井液就地抛洒未对井区环境造成污染,抛洒区域土壤的肥力较抛洒前均有不同程度的增加。此环保型钻井液可满足黑168区块快速、优质、环保钻井的需要。
In consideration of the environment protection requirements for the drilling fluid systems used in Block H-168, an investigation of environment friendly drilling fluid systems was carried out. The formulation of an environment friendly drilling fluid system was identified by choosing the additives through optimization: 4% bentonite slurry +0. 3% IND -30 + 1.5% NAT -20 +3.0% FXTS +2. 0% NFI" -25. This drilling fluid system has strong heat resistant and anti-pollution properties and is good for protecting oil layer with the permeability recovery percent being higher than 86% , and its toxicity and degradability satisfy national standards concerned. The scrapped drilling fluid thrown in situ did not cause any contamination to the environment of well area, and the fertility of the soil in the areas where the scrapped drilling fluid was thrown was increased to different extent compared to that before he scrapped drilling fluid was thrown. This environment friendly drilling fluid system can satisfy the requirements for drilling in a rapid, good and environment friendly manner in Block H-168.
