特殊形状小中空制品专用树脂的小试研究

摘要 拟开发的特殊形状小中空制品专用树脂是以丙烯和1-丁烯为共聚单体在小试聚合装置上进行聚合而成,并对聚合工艺路线进行了模拟研究。结果表明:乙烯/1-丁烯共聚树脂在200℃时的熔体强度为0.095 N,乙烯/丙烯共聚树脂200℃时的熔体强度0.055 N;乙烯/1-丁烯共聚树脂的拉伸屈服强度为20.1 MPa,乙烯/丙烯共聚树脂的拉伸屈服强度为18.2 MPa;说明以1-丁烯为共聚单体的聚合物力学性能好,适宜吹塑;不同聚合工艺路线生产的树脂的重均分子量不同,得到的产品相对分子质量分布也不同,采用聚合釜并联聚合工艺路线生产的专用树脂加工性能好。 The special purpose resin for small hollow articles of special shapes to be developed was prepared with propylene and 1-butylene as the eomonomers in a polymerization process using lab test polymerization unit, and the simulation of the commercial polymerization process routes was carried out. The results of study have shown that the melt strength of ethylene/1-butylene copolymer resin is 0. 095 N at 200℃, the melt strength of ethylene/propylene copolymer resin is 0. 055 N at 200℃, the tensile yield strength of ethylene/ 1-butylene copolymer resin is 20. 1 MPa, and the tensile yield strength of ethylene/propylene copolymer resin is 18.2 MPa, indicating that the polymer with 1-butylene as the comonomer has good mechanical property and is suitable for blow moulding, and that the resins produced in different polymerization process routs have different weight-average molecular weight and the products have different relative molecular mass as well with the processing characteristics of the special purpose resin produced in polymerizer parallel polymerization process route being the best.
