摘要 以单烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚AP-8000、烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料,采用接枝反应制备双烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚(AA-8000)。通过对催化剂的筛选,确定自制固体酸催化剂CT-1。通过单因素实验,确定了适宜的合成工艺条件:n(烯丙基缩水甘油醚)∶n(AP-8000)=1.1∶1,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3 h,CT-1用量为0.2%;依此条件进行了3次重复性实验,平均接枝率达94.67%。通过核磁共振(1H NMR)和凝胶色谱(GPC)对目标产物进行了表征。 Diene propyl polyoxypropylene ether AA-8000 was prepared with monoene propyl polyoxypropylene ether AP-8000 and allyl glycidyl ether as the materials in a grafting reaction process. Self-prepared solid acid catalyst CT-1 was chosen from various catalysts. Suitable synthesis process conditions were identified via single-factor experiment: n ( allyl glycidyl ether) :n (AP-8000) = 1.1:1, the reaction temperature is 50℃, the reaction time is 3 h, and the amount of CT-1 is 0. 2%. The experiment was carried out for three times at such conditions, and it was found that the average graft ratio is 94. 67%. The target product was characterized via nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) technique and gel chromatography.
