摘要 以1-癸烯为原料,采用AlCl_3-H_2O催化体系催化1-癸烯齐聚反应,考察催化剂体系中水与AlCl_3用量、AlCl_3粒度、反应温度、反应时间对聚α-烯烃合成油(PAO)收率及黏温性能的影响。结果表明:当原料中水含量为80μg/g,用原料质量分数3%的AlCl_3,其中AlCl_3粒度为180μm,反应温度40℃,反应时间3h,产品聚α-烯烃合成油收率达98%,黏度指数达150。 AlCl3-H2O catalyst system was used to catalyze 1-decene oligomerization reaction, and the effects of water volume and AlCl3 amount in the catalyst system, the particle size of AlCl3 , the reaction temperature, and the reaction time on the yield and viscosity-temperature performance of poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) synthetic oil were studied. The results of study have shown that the yield of poly-alpha-olefin synthetic oil product reaches 98% and its viscosity index reaches 150 when the water content in the material is 80 μg/g, the amount of AlCl3 of the particle size of 180μm accounts for 3 % ( mass fraction) of the material, the reaction temperature is 40℃, and the reaction time is 3 h.
