The Research and Practice on Education of Cooperation

本文提出了班集体建设中进行合作教育应遵循的四条原则,即实践性原则、激励性原则、示范性原则、指导性原则,并阐述了具体实施的方法,即理论学习,提高认识;科学管理,增进体验;实践活动,总结升华。

The author first puts forward the four principles on education of cooperation which should be followed in construction of a class collectivity, that is, the principle of practice, the principle of encouragement, the principle of demonstration and the principle of inseruction. Then he reveasd the detailed methods to carry out them, that is, to study the theory and improve the knowledge; to adminstrate scientificly and get more experience; to practise more and extract the spirit.
