摘要
本文旨在对到2016年2月为止的所有成人Stevens-Johnson综合征(SJS)/中毒性表皮坏死松解症(TEN)相关文献的关键性进展进行评估,为SJS/TEN的诊治和护理提供最新的循证指导建议,以辅助临床决策的制定,并进行标准化疾病处置,提高其临床治愈率。
The guideline aims to provide up-to-date,evidence-based recommendations for the diagnosis and management of the full spectrum of Stevens-Johnson syndrome（ SJS）,toxic epidermal necrolysis（ TEN） and SJS-TEN overlap in adults during the acute phase of the disease. It depends on an appraisal of all relevant literature up to February 2016,focusing on any key developments. It helps to make clinical decision justified by evidence,and standardize practice.
