血塞通注射液引起急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病2例

Two Cases of Acute Generalized Exanthem atouspustulosis Induced by Xuesaitong Injection

例1女,61岁,全身红斑、脓疱3d;例2男,72岁,全身红斑、脓疱10d;两例患者在发病前均曾输注中药注射液"血塞通",均诊断为"急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病"。经糖皮质激素治疗后病情均得到控制,停用糖皮质激素后病情也并未复发。

Case 1,a 61-year-old female presented with erythema and pustulefor 3 days. Case 2,a 72-year-old male presented with erythema and pustule for 10 days. Before the onset of the disease,both of the two patients have infused traditional Chinese medicine Xuesaitong and both of the two patients were diagnosed as acute generalized exanthematouspustulosis. After treatment with glucocorticoid the disease of these two patients were controlled,and the disease did not recur after withdrawal the glucocorticoid.
