慢性皮肤溃疡的诊治进展

The Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment in Chronic Skin Ulcer

慢性皮肤溃疡常常由于病因多样、创面情况复杂而不能通过正常修复程序愈合,给医生和患者造成了极大困扰。本文从创伤、血管因素、感染及营养代谢等方面综述了近年来有关慢性皮肤溃疡病因研究的最新进展,归纳了慢性皮肤溃疡的诊治思路,并对治疗的方法进行了总结。

Chronic skin ulcers are often caused by a variety of causes,complex wound conditions and cannot be repaired by the normal repair process,causing great distress to doctors and patients. This article reviews the latest progress in the research on the etiology of chronic skin ulcer in recent years from the aspects of trauma,vascular factors,infection and nutrition metabolism,summed up the thinking of diagnosis and treatment of chronic skin ulcer are summarized,and the treatment methods were summarized.
