基于民办高校学生实践与创新能力培养的路径研究

随着社会经济发展,社会对人才的需求发生了一系列的转变,国家教育部对高校人才培养的规定,也重新进行了界定。学生培养方式的改革成为民办高校必须直面的问题,而最直接有效的手段,就是从民办高校学生的特点出发,以教学方法手段为着手点,培养学生的实践应用能力和活跃的创新思维。本文在教学方式上,通过课前五分钟、翻转课堂、实践教学、无标准答案研讨、项目教学、专业社团、本科导师制等,从课前、课上、课后,提升学生的实践与创新能力;在考核方式上,通过结课论文或设计的介绍与答辩、创新创意加分、课程与学科竞赛结合等,加强学生的实践与创新能力;同时加强校风和教师能力培养,引导学生的实践与创新能力。

With the development of social and economic, the demand for college and university students has undergone a series of changes. The national Ministry of education has also redefined for personnel training provisions of college and university stu- dents. Student training reform is a problem that private colleges must face to.And the most direct and effective means is： starting with teaching methods as a starting point, going from the characteristics of private college students, to cultivate students＇ practical ability and active creative thinking. In the teaching methods, go through ＂five minutes before class＂, ＂flipping the classroom＂, ＂prac- tice teaching＂, ＂no standard answer research＂, ＂project teaching＂, ＂professional societies＂, and ＂undergraduate tutorial system＂ ; in the assessment methods, go through the ＂introduction and defense＂, ＂course thesis and design innovation and creative points＂, ＂cur- riculum and subject contest combination＂; at the same time, strengthen the spirit and ability of teachers training,to improve students＇ abilities of practice and innovation.
