“校园贷”的风险防范及教育引导研究——基于大学生思想政治教育视野下

Study on the Risk Prevention and Education Guidance of “Campus Loan”——Based on the Ideological and Political Education of College Students

从2016年3月发生的河南大学生郑某校园借贷数十万,无力偿还跳楼自杀事件,到今年4月厦门女大学生不堪校园贷巨额欠款还债压力而烧炭自杀,这些让人心痛的案件让我们逐渐意识到,"校园贷"这个所谓的聚宝盆下面,其实掩藏着一个巨大的无底洞。在全国许多高校中,非法手机分期购、大学生无抵押贷款等校园不良贷款现象仍旧屡禁不止,大学生合法权益受到侵害的事件频频发生。究竟什么是"校园贷",其不良之风盛行的原因是什么,问题背后折射出哪些关于当代大学生思想政治教育的种种问题,笔者将在本文中进行详细的论述。

From March 2016 April 2017, there are two suicide incidents happened which had been causing widespread concern. One was a student of Henan University enabled to repay the huge ＂campus loan＂, and killed himself by jumping off a building. The other was a female college student in Xiamen committed suicide by burning charcoal because of big debt pressure of ＂campus loan＂. It＇s come to realize that the ＂campus loan＂so-called cornucopia, actually conceals a large bottomless. In many colleges and universi- ties in the country, illegal phone installment buying, unsecured loans and other phenomenon of bad campus loans is still exist, college students＇ legal rights and interests receive the infringement happened frequently. What is the campus, what are the reasons for the prevalence of adverse wind, reflects what behind the problem about the problems of contemporary college students＇ ideological and political education, the author discussed in detail in this paper.
