湖南等中西部典型村镇建筑能源与环境调查

摘要 本课题组于2015年7月、8月对湖南、安徽、福建、重庆等四个中西部典型村镇的建筑能源与环境现状进行调查,比较四个不同地区的家庭年均收入、生活能源消耗方式、电费、建筑围护结构材料等现状。针对村镇建筑能源与环境发展仍存在的问题,提出村镇建筑的良好发展应坚持因当地气候、产业、经济、文化等特色因素制宜,并结合简易的墙体改造、适合的双层窗、合理的窗墙比、可控的自然通风等价廉高效的被动式节能建筑技术。 Investigation on building energy and environment situation of four midwestern typical villages, which are Hunan, Anhui, Fujian and Chongqing, were conducted in July and August 2015. Some current situation of four different regions was compared, such as family annual income, life energy consumption style, electricity consumption and building materials. In order to solve some existing problems of rural building development, it is suggested that some measures that is adjustable to local conditions of local climate, industry, economy, culture and other factors should be taken into consideration in the early stage of building. Furthermore, some passive energy-saving building technology, such as simple wall renovation, double window, reasonable area ratio of window to wall, natural ventilation, should also be promoted.
