摘要
本文利用分排参数法建立了空气换热器在加热工况下的动态数学模型,使用Simulink对该模型进行仿真,通过实验验证了该模型的正确性,得到了空气换热器空气侧的出口温度和水侧的出口温度随时间的变化关系。同时采用PI控制器,对空气换热器供水量进行调节,使得空气侧的出口温度的波动减小并控制在小范围内,获得了温度较恒定的送风。
This article establishes a dynamic mathematical model of air heat exchanger on heating condition using the sub-row parameter method, and a simulation of the mathematical model is conducted by Simulink software, and the mathematical model is verified by experiments. The air heat exchanger's outlet temperature of air side and water side which change over time are obtained. The water supply of air heat exchanger is adjusted by PI controller to reduce fluctuations in the outlet temperature of air side and control in a small range, and a constant temperature air supply is obtained at the same time.
