家庭养老模式下失能老年人心理健康问题及其影响因素探究——基于河北省张家口市的访谈调查

A Study on Mental Health Problems and Influence Factors of the Disabled Elderly under the Family Pension Mode——Based on the Interview Survey of Zhangjiakou in Hebei Province

随着人口老龄化、高龄化的不断发展,我国失能老年人口呈逐年递增趋势。失能老年人的身心状况较普通老年人更为复杂,特别是其心理健康问题更不容忽视。通过对河北省张家口市部分失能老年人的访谈调查,在了解家庭养老模式下失能老年人的基本养老状况的基础上,归纳总结其主要的心理健康问题,分析影响其心理状态的主要因素,从制度建设、资源配置、宣传服务等角度提出对策建议,以期提高社会各界对失能老年人心理健康的关注度,帮助其保持积极养老心态,提升晚年生活质量。

With the further development of aging population and aging advanced population, the number of disabled elder people in China also tends to increase year by year. The physical and mental condition of the disabled elderly is more complex than normal old people, especially their psychological health problem cannot be ignored even more. Based on basic pension status of thedisabled elderly under family pension mode, this paper summarizes the main mental health problems and further explores the main factors that affect the psychological state of this special elder group, by interviewing partial disability elderly in Zhang Jiakou of Hebei province. On this basis, we put forward the corresponding suggestions respectively from the aspects such as system construction, the allocation of resources and promotional service in order to raise the mental health awareness of the disabled elderly in the society, help them keep a positive attitude and improve the living quality in later life.
