摘要
针对智慧养老在养老机构中缺乏系统、标准化的评价指标体系,从影响智慧养老公众满意度的因素着手,引入粗糙集理论,建立了智慧化养老公众满意度智能评价模型。考虑到实际应用分析中评价指标较多,将决策表进行分块划分;同时,利用粗糙集方法,以层次式计算方式,逐步实现对各个指标权重的客观求取。最后,通过实例分析和模型检验,验证了粗糙集智能评价模型的合理有效性。
This paper aims at the lack of systematic and standardized evaluation index system for the wisdom endowment in the pension institutions, starting from the factors that affect the public satisfaction of the wisdom endowment,the rough set theory is introduced,and the intelligent evaluation model of the public satisfaction degree is established.Considering the actual application analysis of the characteristics of evaluation index is more,we try to divide the decision table into several blocks, at the same time we use the hierarchical calculation way to get index weight values, based on rough set theory.Finally,the rationality and validity of the rough set intelligent evaluation model is verified by example analysis and model test.
