涪江五桥独塔斜拉桥主梁合龙段施工技术 被引量:5

摘要 为了实现江油涪江五桥在特殊地形下的成功合龙,通过对合龙段施工方案的优化,采用边跨加设临时支墩,再进行梁体锁定,重点控制合龙段施工的平面位置、高程及结构尺寸,观测温度变化,详细分析劲性骨架设计、合龙束预应力筋的安装、混凝土浇筑及养护工艺。结果表明:涪江五桥主梁的合龙施工技术最大限度地减小了对防洪堤的破坏,对特殊情况下的斜拉桥主梁合龙施工具有指导意义。 In order to achieve the successful closure of Fifth Fujiang Bridge of Jiangyou City in a special terrain, through the optimization of the construction scheme, it was designed to use temporary support pier for side span and then the beam lock. Control over the plane position, elevation and the structure size was stressed. The temperature change was observed. Detailed analysis of the stiff skeleton design, installation of prestressed tendons, and the concrete pouring and curing process was carried out. The results show that the construction technology of the main girders of Fifth Fujiang Bridge can minimize the damage to the embankment, and it has guiding significance for the closure construction of cable-stayed bridge under special circumstances.
