摘要
变压器油箱渗漏油会造成变压器油的浪费,增加维护成本,甚至影响产品的电气性能,给变压器安全运行带来隐患。列举了目前变压器生产厂家普遍采用的油箱焊缝密封性试漏的3种方式,分别为气压试漏、煤油渗透试漏、表面着色探伤。描述3种试漏方法的具体操作过程,并从生产成本、操作难易、试漏效果、各自特点以及实际生产中的优缺点等方面进行对比。生产中可根据变压器油箱焊缝的部位、焊接结构及采用的焊接方法来确定试漏方法,从而提高焊缝的密封性。
The leakage of transformer oil tank will cause waste and increase maintenance costs ,even affect the product's electrical performance,which brings hidden dangers to the safe operation of the transformer. Three methods of leakage tests commonly adopted by transformer manufactnrers for the weld tightness of oil tank are introduced,which are pressure leak test,kerosene penetration leak test and surface dye detection. The detailed operation process of these three methods are described and compared from the aspects of production cost,operation,leakage test effect,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages in actual production. The leakage test method can be determined based on the weld position,welding structure and welding method of transformer oil tank,thus to improve the tightness of wehts.
