摘要
为研究1.2 m槽宽刮板输送机的最佳运行速度,利用EDEM离散元软件仿真了刮板输送机运煤的过程,得到了不同链速下刮板输送机的运煤等效截面积。通过对比分析,得出了刮板输送机的最佳运行速度。研究表明:当刮板链速为1.6 m/s时,刮板输送机运行速度最佳。
Abastract： In order to study the best running speed of the scraper conveyor with 1.2 meters slot width,using EDEM discrete element software to simulate the movement of coal transported by scraper conveyor. The coal equivalent sectional area under different velocity of scraper conveyor was obtained.According to this, the transport capacity of scraper conveyor is calculated. The research shows that the best economical running state of the scraper conveyor is when the scraper chain speed is 1.6m/s.
