摘要
大倾角液压支架目前已普遍使用,其顶梁与掩护梁侧护板直接影响到支架调架和防漏矸的效果。根据井下侧护板实际使用情况,提出了双活侧护板设计,并创新地进行了支架侧护板同步技术优化,有效地提升了大倾角支架的工作效率与安全系数。
Deep dip angle roof support has been widely used. Its canopy and caving shield side plate directly affect the function of support shelf and leakproofing. Based on the actual use of underground side shield,put forward the dual side shield design and innovatively optimizes the synchronization technology of the support shield, which effectively improve the efficiency and safety factor of the deep dip angle support.
